Gelato Italia currently make the main three types of frozen dessert which you find through the main regions of Italy, with a combination of 30 different traditional and innovative flavours.
Gelato - This is lower in fat content than ice cream, reducing the risks associated with heart disease. It has a smooth dense texture and creamy in taste.
Sorbetto – Uses various fruit purées, for a smooth elastic texture, and refreshing light flavour.
Granita – This is Frozen Ice with fruit juice flavours.

All our products are made using a combination of fresh ingredients and flavours, which are heat treated, and pressurised, A bit like cooking. It is then chilled and frozen and ready to eat.
